Updated Registration Form

Changes were made to the registration form so here's the link for the new one.

Also, just to clarify, refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation (minus processing fees for credit card payments). 

Additionally, we've extended the cancellation date to June 1st.

Hopefully, this will make it easier for more of you to commit and register.

Updated LOST List

Hey!  If you have current email or mailing addresses for any of these people, please let us know!  We keep these people on the lost list until we get this info!  

Also...PLEASE REGISTER SOON!  The price will go up as of April 1st, and we HAVE to have at least 100 people paid by June 10th, or else we need to cancel the event.  So, just stop being afraid of commitment and send in your registration!!  :)

Change in venue for the reunion

So today I learned some news, that Pearson Air Museum made a mistake and double booked on our date.  The other group they've booked is larger than ours and already paid half of their balance, and also are unwilling to negotiate.  So, after I freaked out a bit...I was able to negotiate a larger, nicer, more expensive venue for the same rate that Pearson promised me, as well as have a few things comped that were previously not included. 

Everything else is the same, and the new venue is about 1/4 mile up the road from Pearson, right off of Officers Row.  It's newly remodeled and has a few other perks that Pearson didn't offer.  So...in this situation, I was able to find a blessing in the midst of a crisis!  All in all, it's going to make the reunion way better, so the little bit of stress and confusion it may cause is worth it.  :)

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!!!!

First, we need you all to start registering!  I know it's a bit early, but if you are someone who knows for sure you're coming, the sooner you register, the easier it will be for us to plan!   

Second, we made a slight change to the time of the Saturday night event at Pearson Air Museum.  It will be from 6pm-10pm, allowing plenty of time for people to meet up afterwards and continue reconnecting!  But the earlier time will allow the committee to get everything cleaned up and still have time to join in some of the after-reunion fun! 

Third, here is a list of people that either Tonya has contacted and not heard back from, or has no contact info for.  You might be on this list even if you're on the class Facebook page (or in our personal contacts in our phone, but we still need an email and address)!  But we are trying to update an address/email list for future reference as well, so if you're on this list AND the Facebook page, still send me your info please!!  :)

Registration Deadline

Hey everyone!  Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Plans for the reunion are falling into place nicely.  Soon we will have a LOST CLASSMATE list up, and will need help from everyone to find these people!

Also, we have decided to put an incentive on early registration!  Already two people have registered (thanks, Jennifer and Robert Quimbey)!!!  The success of our reunion depends on having at least 100 people, and many of the things we'd like to do require having registrations in advance.  So, here's the incentive...

Price for the reunion is $60 per person through March 31st, 2012.  As of April 1st, 2013, the price will increase to $70 per person.  Doesn't seem like a whole lot, but the hope is that it will still encourage the early registration, and besides...that's $10 more you have to spend on booze at the reunion!  So don't delay!  :)

Just a quick update!

Thanks to an informative conversation with classmate, Lamont Mitchell, we can now accept credit card or debit payments!  I updated the registration form with that option!

The only drawback is there is a $2.25 processing fee per transaction (not per ticket) for doing that, which goes to the credit card processor, not the reunion budget.
